Ken Wilber is great and I love him. But reading his work always makes me feel like I’ve done a hard workout for my brain – not a bad thing at all – but not always what I’m looking for. If you’re looking for something in the opposite direction – simple straightforward, experiential – you might want to try Soul Wisdom by Zhi Gang Sha. i’m not sure how Wilber would feel about Master Sha’s work, but I love them both!
