I've been practicing Dr. Sha's Divine Soul Songs consistently this past year and have received such great benefit. These songs bring such a wonderful feeling of peace which in turn allows for relaxation. The natural flow of energy in my body is facilitated and blockages begin to dissolve. Negative thought patterns simply don't hold the same power when the chi flows and the light comes in. The benefits from chanting these Divine Soul Songs are innumerable. The book Divine Soul Songs contains everything you need to know to start.

Ken Wilber is great and I love him. But reading his work always makes me feel like I've done a hard workout for my brain - not a bad thing at all - but not always what I'm looking for. If you're looking for something in the opposite direction - simple straightforward, experiential - you might want to try Soul Wisdom by Zhi Gang Sha. i'm not sure how Wilber would feel about Master Sha's work, but I love them both!

[...] In Integral Spirituality Ken Wilber presents an integral vision that includes a vast range of truths from all major disciplines, including science, psychology, sociology, systems theory and spirituality. In order to be as credible as other disciplines, he calls on religions to give up their untestable metaphysics and instead subject any claims to Integral Post-metaphysics. Source of Miracles summarizes the approach nicely in a review of the book. Integral Post-metaphysics holds all knowledge to a higher standard. Ken mentions three criteria for “good knowledge”: 1) Injunction - Experiment: “if you want to know this, do this”. 2) Experience - tuition, awareness: you experience the phenomena 3) A communal confirmation/rejection: Check with others who have completed the first two steps.Metaphysics: I tell you anything with Zero proof. — I had an Out of body experience. Out of Body experience is the path to God – [...]
